I know it's hard to believe, but she's actually wearing a bra under this shirt. One of those sheer bras that let the world know how badly your plastic surgeon messed up the placement of your nips. Those nips are, like, pointing straight up at the sky.

Did you see the naked pics of her on the boat? Everywhere she moved, her nips moved. It was really ugly.
Those are some strangely positioned nips! Good grief! However, the guy behind her doesn't really seem to mind ha ha..he has that zombie..lookie at Pammie look on his face.
Oh my god, that's so funny. I swear her nipples are now just below her neck - scary!
